RP Technologies design and manufacture precision aluminium injection mould tooling for prototype, pre-production, and production components. We have a very strong reputation within the industry for quality, complexity, and for the excellent standard of our customer service.

Each tool that we design has dedicated technician who looks after it from concept through to final production. Our dedicated team of Quality Engineers are on hand at all times to fully inspect components to ensure that they achieve tight tolerances and pass critical functionality, performance, and cosmetic inspections.

The benefits of aluminium tooling over other types of toolmaking are extensive.

Aluminium tooling is a more cost-effective option than steel tooling, but still carries many of the same benefits. 

It also allows for ease of modification to the tooling itself, meaning that tools can be adapted over time, if necessary, thus potentially saving further investment in the long run.

At RP Technologies, we store each tool for our customers at no extra cost in a secure storage facility. We also maintain each tool over time as and when necessary.
