RP Technologies is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of aluminium tooling and plastic injection moulding. 

Founded in 2005, we provide plastic injection moulded components in a range of grade specific polymers for prototype, pre-production, and production volumes.

With a Head Office and purpose-built 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in the West Midlands, we are ideally situated in central England to support our strong domestic customer base across the length and breadth of the UK.

As part of our wider global operations, we also have many loyal customers in Europe and across the world, including the Americas, the Far East, and the Southern Hemisphere. 

We specialise in low-medium volume production, and we have customers in many industries, including medical, automotive, aerospace, rail and electronics.

We can pretty much injection mould anything. There’s nothing we can’t turn our hand to.
