We have a dedicated Quality Engineering department who have a strong understanding of this sector. Our chief Quality Engineer has 30 years of experience in the automotive sector.
We provide full CMM capability through to PPAP Level 3 for each of our automotive customers. This includes:

We provide a host of value-added secondary operations, such as overmoulding, hot plate welding, colour matching, assembly, and decorative finishes.
As part of our in-house tool design process, we use sophisticated software to gain product insights, visualise flow and thermal properties, and optimise process before manufacturing begins.
This ensures high quality of delivery and also helps to reduce development costs and lead times.
