We have a vastly experienced team of moulding engineers and technicians who manage and oversee every plastic component which is produced in our mould shop.
Every component we produce is manufactured in-house by our plastic injection moulding specialists. They use the latest technology and machinery to produce parts of varying shapes, sizes, and specifications.
We are ‘Without Limits,’ which means that we produce plastic injection moulded parts which are exactly what has been requested. We do not change the original design and we remain completely faithful to the creative vision of the product designers and engineers.
We specialise in complex components, but, in truth, we’re also comfortable when it comes to moulding more simple parts. We have vast experience of moulding just about everything.
We have 11 injection moulding machines. We use specialist, state-of-the-art intelligent moulding machines (IMM) from Borche because they are designed to produce highly accurate precision parts in double quick time. These machines are fast, efficient, intelligent, and connected, allowing us to always be in full control of the injection moulding process, and to ensure the quality of the final plastic prototype or production component.

We have made considerable and sustained investment over the years in improving the capacity and capability of our mould shop. We have significantly increased the number of injection moulding machines onsite. We have also improved the quality of the equipment we use, and we have expanded the size of the injection moulding team by regularly adding new and experienced production operatives to the team.
Our expert Quality Engineering department will analyse your injection moulded components using the latest measurement equipment and data. They fully inspect plastic components to ensure that they achieve tight tolerances. Using state-of-the-art software and technology, they will not let anything leave the building until it has been produced to absolutely the highest possible standard, and until they are sure that it is fit for its end application purpose.
