We have produced specialist airline components such as seating applications, cabin trim, advertising surrounds, trolley bump stops, trim finishers, lamp shades for First Class cabin space, and specialist fitting panels for aircraft interiors.
Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining capabilities have enabled us to create complex geometrical forms and shapes that might usually require multiple processes to achieve. These cost savings are passed on to our customers in the form of competitive pricing and fast lead times.
We offer several value-added operations, including insert moulding, overmoulding, bespoke finishes and customised engraving.
Our new fast turnaround service, RP Rapid, is perfect for the rapid manufacture of airline components in as little as 7 business days. Already popular with several aerospace customers, we have produced components within short timeframes and to high precision, including escutcheons, fairings, shrouds, bumpers, endcaps, light blanks and armpads.
