What are Jigs and Fixtures?
Jigs and fixtures are workholding devices used to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency during machining and assembly operations.
A jig guides the cutting tool, controlling its location and motion during operations such as drilling, tapping and reaming. A fixture holds and locates the workpiece in a fixed position, supporting operations such as milling, grinding and turning, without guiding the tool itself.
Both are used where repeatable results are critical and operator error needs to be minimised.

Our Capabilities
Design and manufacture of bespoke jigs and fixtures in-house, from drawings, CAD data or component samples. All tooling is designed with the production environment in mind: material selection, clamping method, datum location and ease of loading are considered at the design stage.
Capabilities include fixture design, CAD/CAM, CNC machining, and in-house inspection to confirm critical dimensions before release.
We support both one-off and repeat production requirements, and can modify or refurbish existing jigs/fixtures where required.
