Plastic Injection Moulding

RP Technologies’ plastic injection moulding service is built for functional prototypes in production-intent polymers, ideal when components must withstand rigorous testing and development ahead of consumer rollout.

We also produce injection moulded parts from aluminium tooling to support low-to-medium volume cycles of market-ready components.

We process a broad range of materials, including PEEK, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PET-G, ASA, SAN, PA6, PA66, PPA, PA12, TPE, TPU and many more. With high-quality finish options available, we can enhance appearance and performance.

CNC Machining

RP Technologies can CNC machine components in most polymers and metals, producing precision parts for prototypes and low-volume batches.

Quantities can start from a single component and scale up to support designers and engineers as projects evolve through multiple iterations.

We machine parts up to 1575mm x 814mm, using a fleet of 20 Hurco CNC machines (18 x 3-axis and 2 x 5-axis), all maintained and updated regularly. All of our CNC machining is completed entirely in-house to keep quality high and lead times reliable.

Tooling

We are specialists in producing aluminium tooling for almost two decades, backed by founding members with 80 years of combined toolmaking experience.

Our aluminium tooling supports complex geometries and demanding applications, without the long lead times and high costs associated with traditional tooling.

From our British production facility, we’ve manufactured over 2,000 tools for leading organisations across the UK, Europe, the US and the Far East. We’re proud of the repeat custom we earn, from international enterprises to SMEs, design agencies and start-ups.

In-House CMM Inspection

Quality is built into every stage at RP Technologies, supported by a dedicated onsite Quality Engineering department. We hold ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and provide full CMM inspection capability through to PPAP submission.

Our Quality Engineers stay involved from project launch to completion, helping ensure expectations are met and production is closely monitored throughout.
